Welcome to UnrealEdge Academy Private Limited ("UnrealEdge", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our educational programs, online platforms, campus facilities, and associated services. By enrolling in any of our courses, using our website or platforms, or participating in our events, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with UnrealEdge or using any of its services, you affirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian consents to your participation and agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Failure to comply with any part of these terms may result in revocation of access to UnrealEdge facilities, services, or programs.

2. Eligibility for Admission

• Admission to UnrealEdge courses is subject to academic criteria, aptitude assessments, and interview evaluations, as applicable.

• Applicants must provide accurate, verifiable, and current personal, academic, and financial information.

• UnrealEdge reserves the right to deny admission or withdraw enrollment at any stage if falsified or misleading data is discovered.

3. Enrollment & Fee Payment

• Admission is finalized only upon receipt of complete fees, as stated in the course offer or fee structure.

• All payments made to UnrealEdge are non-refundable except under documented force majeure events or withdrawal policies, as updated by the admissions office.

• UnrealEdge may revise fee structures, payment schedules, or installment plans based on inflation, curriculum updates, or infrastructure costs.

4. Scholarships & Financial Aid

• Scholarships are merit- or need-based and subject to availability.

• Students must meet ongoing academic performance metrics to retain their scholarship.

• Misrepresentation in scholarship applications will lead to revocation and possible disciplinary action.

5. Student Conduct & Discipline

Students enrolled at UnrealEdge are expected to uphold a code of conduct that reflects integrity, respect, and professionalism:

• Academic dishonesty (plagiarism, cheating, fabrication) will not be tolerated.

• Bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any form is strictly prohibited.

• Vandalism, misuse of facilities, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or expulsion.

• Students are expected to follow classroom, studio, and lab safety guidelines at all times.

Violation of these norms will invoke the Disciplinary Committee, which will determine appropriate action.

6. Use of Digital Platforms & Intellectual Property

• All digital assets, study materials, course videos, handouts, and original content shared by UnrealEdge remain its intellectual property.

• Students may access these resources for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution, recording, or resale without permission is illegal and may result in legal action.

• Students may retain ownership of personal creative projects but grant UnrealEdge non-exclusive rights to use their work for academic and promotional purposes.

7. Media Release & Photography Consent

• By entering UnrealEdge premises or participating in its programs, you grant permission to use your image, voice, or work in photographs, films, and promotional content unless you opt out in writing.

• UnrealEdge reserves the right to publish photos/videos taken during academic, cultural, or campus life activities across platforms including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.

8. Campus & Resource Usage

• Students are responsible for using all campus resources—including computers, software, tools, studios, and equipment—ethically and respectfully.

• Damage to institutional property, intentional or due to negligence, may result in monetary penalties or restricted access.

• Alcohol, drug use, smoking, and possession of weapons on campus are strictly banned.

9. Changes to Curriculum or Timetables

• UnrealEdge reserves the right to modify course structures, class schedules, faculty allocations, or program delivery formats (online/hybrid/on-campus) at any time.

• Such changes will be communicated via official channels, and students are expected to stay informed through emails, notices, or learning portals.

10. Limitation of Liability

• UnrealEdge is not liable for personal losses, injuries, or damages incurred during your participation in its programs, except where caused by gross negligence or proven misconduct by UnrealEdge staff.

• UnrealEdge is also not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors, including but not limited to pandemics, internet outages, or third-party service providers.

11. Data Privacy

• UnrealEdge values your privacy. Any personal information you share will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Student records are maintained confidentially, unless required by law, accrediting bodies, or student consent.

12. Third-party Links & Collaborations

• UnrealEdge may offer links to third-party platforms or collaborate with external organizations for placements, internships, and certifications. We do not control or endorse the content, security, or practices of these third parties.

13. Termination of Services

UnrealEdge reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any student or user if:

• There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Misuse of academic or technical infrastructure occurs.

• Behavior is deemed harmful to the UnrealEdge community or reputation.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Updates to Terms

UnrealEdge may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of UnrealEdge services after changes implies your acceptance.
