Program Overview

The Bachelor in Interactive/Real-Time 3D is a specialized undergraduate program that prepares students for dynamic and innovative careers in the media and entertainment industry. By focusing on the latest technologies like real-time 3D rendering, AI-assisted content creation, and virtual production, this program equips students with practical, industry-ready skills to thrive in the worlds of animation, gaming, visual effects, and digital content.

Students will engage with all aspects of content creation—from concept development, design, and animation to post-production and portfolio building. Through individual and group projects, use of professional software, and industry internships, learners graduate with a comprehensive portfolio and the expertise needed to enter various verticals of the creative industry.

First Year
Semester 1
Preproduction and Design Basics
Fundamentals of Design: Principles of visual communication, color theory, and composition.
Elements of Pre-Production: Concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, character and environment design.
Graphic Design Technology: Tools and techniques for digital design in advertising and branding.
Audio and Video Editing: Fundamentals of editing for film, TV, and online content.

First Year
Semester 2
Asset Creation and Modeling
3D Modeling: Building characters, environments, and props in 3D.

Virtual Production: Using game engines for real-time filmmaking.
Tracking & Match Moving: Aligning 3D assets with live-action footage.
Rotoscoping: Creating clean mattes for compositing.
Matte Painting: Designing digital backdrops and environments.
Compositing: Blending multiple visual elements into final shots.
Third Year
Semester 5
Specialization and Portfolio Building
Elective Specialization: Choose from Motion Graphics, Modeling, Animation, Lighting, Virtual Production, etc.
Portfolio Development: Creating a professional, industry-ready portfolio.
Group Project 1: Collaborative content creation using traditional workflow.
Group Project 2 (AI-Assisted): Collaborative project using AI tools such as Runway, DALL·E, DeepArt, and Adobe Sensei.
Third Year
Semester 6
Industry Integration and Final Showcase
Industry Internship: Practical experience in a real-world studio environment.
Specialization Project: Final demo reel or project in chosen area.
Capstone Project: Major individual project showcasing comprehensive skillset.
Media & Entertainment Industry: Understanding sectors such as advertising, TV, film, gaming, and OTT.
